(Recipe) Fish Ball Cream Soup

Today i'm gonna share with you how i make one of my favorite soup. This is how i make a cream soup. If you want to switch the ingredients, by all means, go ahead. Cooking is about taste. If you don't like something from this recipe of mine, changed it according with what you like :)


Ingredient :

Fish Ball (cut)
Carrot (diced)
Garlic (minced)
Butter (about a tablespoon)
Nutmeg
Mushroom
Salt
Pepper
Broth
All purpose flour
Milk (you can use powder or liquid)

Its time to cook :
  • Cook the garlic with butter until you can smell its fragrant. Then add the flour, cook about 30 seconds. Add the carrot, fish ball and mushroom. Add salt and pepper.
  • Add the broth then give salt, pepper, nutmeg and milk. Wait for about 5 until 10 minutes then its ready to served.
PS :

  • if you want a "thick" cream soup, you can add more flour. But if you like "thin", just use a little bit of flour.
  • I prefer add the flour first than last (mix it with water and poured it to the soup) because if i add it last, i use way more flour (to thicken the soup) than when i add it in the first place.
